GenZ protests in Kathmandu were fired upon today by security forces killing atleast 14 and injuring hundreds of people. The numbers are yet to be officially confirmed. The protests were happening in the wake of the recent Nepal government’s decision to ban social media apps in the Himalayan country. But there has been large scale anger against the KP Oli government’s alleged corruption and mis governance. Smita Sharma gets you the latest from voices in Kathmandu.
